A Whirlwind of a Few Days

So . . . finally some down time to document all that's happened in the last few days. Bachelor party Thursday, Friend's Brunch on Friday morning, rehearsal and dinner on Friday night, and then a full and hectic Saturday starting with helping Sara get the reception set up at Beatnik, picking up beer (thanks Rachael and Rubicon!), getting lunch with the boys, bawling like a school girl when I saw Carolyn for the first time, taking pictures in Capitol Park in 100-degree heat, wedding, reception. Whew.

We left the reception and had a nice one-night stay at the Citizen Hotel where we stayed in the Cal West suite on the 14th floor. On Sunday morning we ordered breakfast from the Grange and ate on the balcony where we had a wonderful view.

After wrapping up breakfast, we drove over to my parent's house for brunch and a visit with the fam. But now we've finally made it to Seattle, and our honeymoon has officially begun! We'll be blogging throughout the honeymoon, mostly to create a nice journal of where we went and what we saw.
